16 og gullet, målt for skuebrødsbordene, for hvert bord;
og sølv for bordene laget av sølv;

17 og det rene gullet for gaflene, skålene og kannene;
og for de gylne bollene, etter vekt for hver bolle;
og for de sølvne bollene, etter vekt for hver bolle;

og for røkelsesalteret raffinert gull etter vekt;
og gull for modellen av vognen, kjerubene som sprer ut sine vinger og dekker Herrens paktsark.

19 “Alle disse detaljene,” sa David,
“lot Herren meg forstå gjennom sin veiledning,
alle intrikatene i denne utformingen.”

20 Da sa David til sin sønn Salomo,
“Vær sterk og modig, og handle;
frykt ikke og bli ikke motløs,
for Herren Gud, min Gud, er med deg.
Han vil ikke svikte deg eller forlate deg før alt arbeidet for tjenesten i Herrens hus er fullført.
