33 Lær meg, Herre, dine forskrifters vei,
Og jeg skal holde den til enden.

34 Gi meg forstand, så jeg kan holde din lov
Og bevare den av hele mitt hjerte.

Led meg på dine buds sti,
For jeg har min glede i den.

36 Bøy mitt hjerte mot dine vitnesbyrd,
Og ikke mot uærlig vinning.

37 Vend mine øyne bort fra det som er verdiløst,
Og forny meg i dine veier.
