19 For han så ned fra sin hellige høyde;
Fra himmelen observerte Herren jorden,

20 For å lytte til fangens stønner,
For å frigjøre dem som er dømt til døden,

Så folk kan forkynne Herrens navn i Sion,
Og hans pris i Jerusalem,

22 Når folkene er samlet sammen,
Og rikene, for å tilbe Herren.

23 Han har svekket min styrke underveis;
Han har forkortet mine dager.
