Elijah

6 Så dro de av sted og gikk gjennom landsbyene, forkynte evangeliet og helbredet overalt.

7 Herodes landsfyrsten hørte om alt som skjedde, og han var forvirret fordi noen sa at Johannes var blitt reist opp fra de døde,

andre at Elia hadde vist seg, og atter andre at en av de gamle profetene hadde stått opp.

9 Herodes sa: "Jeg halshugget Johannes. Hvem er da dette som jeg hører slike ting om?" Og han søkte å se ham.

10 Da apostlene kom tilbake, fortalte de Jesus alt de hadde gjort. Han tok dem med seg og trakk seg tilbake privat til en by som heter Betsaida.
