1 Et budskap fra Herren kom til meg,

"Menneskesønn, si til fyrsten av Tyrus: ‘Dette sier den suverene Herren: "I ditt hjertes arroganse proklamerer du, ‘Jeg er en gud; jeg sitter på gudenes trone i havets hjerte.’ Likevel er du en dødelig og ikke en gud, selv om du innbiller deg å være like klok som en gud.

3 Se, er du klokere enn Daniel? Er ingen hemmelighet for skjult for deg?

4 Ved din visdom og forståelse har du skaffet deg rikdom og samlet gull og sølv i dine skattkamre.
