³ Og de satte Guds ark på en ny vogn, og førte den fra Abinadabs hus, som var på høyden; og Ussa og Ahjo, Abinadabs sønner, ledet den nye vognen.

⁴ Slik transporterte de Guds ark fra Abinadabs hus, som var på høyden, med Ahjo som gikk foran arken.

⁶ Men da de nådde treskeplassen til Nacon, rakte Ussa ut hånden mot Guds ark og tok tak i den, for oksene snublet.

⁷ Og Herrens vrede ble opptent mot Ussa, og Gud slo ham der for hans respektløshet; og han døde der ved siden av Guds ark.
