Markus 14,2

1 Nå nærmet påsken og de usyrede brøds høytid seg, og overprestene og de skriftlærde planla å arrestere Jesus i hemmelighet og drepe ham;

"Ikke under høytiden," sa de, "ellers kan folket gjøre opprør."

3 Mens Jesus var i Betania, til bords i huset til Simon den spedalske, kom en kvinne med en alabastkrukke med meget kostbar salve, laget av ren nardus. Hun brøt krukken og helte salven over hodet hans.

4 Noen av de tilstedeværende ble forarget og sa til hverandre: "Hvorfor dette sløseri med salve?
