6 Hva ble dens fundamenter satt på,
eller hvem la dens hjørnestein—

7 da morgenstjernene sang sammen
og alle Guds sønner ropte av fryd?

«Hvem stengte havet med dører
da det brøt fram fra morslivet,

9 da jeg kledde det med skyer
og svøpte det i tett mørke,

10 da jeg satte grenser for det
og satte bommer og dører,
