Jesaja 44,27

God's power and sovereignty

som befaler det vannrike dyp: 'Bli tørr, og jeg vil tørke opp dine bekker,'

28 som taler om Kyros: 'Han er min hyrde og vil utføre alt jeg ønsker; han vil si om Jerusalem: "La det bli gjenoppbygd," og om tempelet: "La dets grunnvoller bli lagt."'
