28 Så Saulus ble hos dem, og beveget seg fritt i Jerusalem, talte frimodig i Herrens navn.

29 Han samtalte og diskuterte med de hellenistiske jødene, men de forsøkte å drepe ham.

Da de troende fikk vite om dette, tok de ham ned til Cæsarea og sendte ham til Tarsus.

31 Da hadde menigheten i hele Judea, Galilea og Samaria en tid med fred og ble styrket. Levende i ærefrykt for Herren og oppmuntret av Den Hellige Ånd, vokste den i antall.

32 Mens Peter reiste rundt i regionen, kom han ned for å besøke de hellige som bodde i Lydda.
