²⁰ Slakt væren, ta noe av dens blod og stryk det på lappene av Arons høyre øre og på lappene av hans sønners høyre ører, på tomlene av deres høyre hender og på stortærne av deres høyre føtter. Sprut resten av blodet rundt på alteret.

²¹ Ta noe av blodet fra alteret og noe av salvingsoljen og sprut det på Aron og hans klær, og på hans sønner og deres klær. Slik skal han og hans klær bli innviet, så vel som hans sønner og deres klær.

"Ta fra denne væren fettet, fetthalen, fettet som dekker innvollene, leverlappen, de to nyrene med fettet på dem, og det høyre låret. (Dette er innvielsesværen.)

²³ Fra kurven med usyret brød, ta en brødleiv, en kake av brød blandet med olje, og en flate brød.

²⁴ Legg alt dette i hendene til Aron og hans sønner og vift det som et viftoffer for Herrens åsyn.
