13 Kong Salomo ga til dronningen av Saba alt hun ønsket, hva hun enn ba om, foruten det han ga henne fra sin kongelige overflod. Så vendte hun seg og dro til sitt eget land, hun og hennes tjenere.
14 Mengden av gull som kom til Salomo på ett år var seks hundre og sekstiseks talenter gull,
foruten det fra handelsmennene og varene fra kjøpmennene og alle kongene av araberne og landets guvernører.
16 Kong Salomo laget to hundre store skjold av hamret gull, seks hundre sjekel gull ble brukt til hvert skjold.
17 Og han laget tre hundre skjold av hamret gull, tre miner gull ble brukt til hvert skjold; og kongen plasserte dem i Libanonskogens hus.
