Johannes 18,19

Jesus

17 Tjenestejenta ved døren spurte Peter: "Er ikke du også en av denne mannens disipler?" Han sa: "Jeg er ikke."

18 Det var kaldt, og tjenerne og offiserene sto rundt et kullbål de hadde laget for å holde seg varme. Peter sto også med dem, og varmet seg.

Ypperstepresten spurte Jesus om hans disipler og hans lære.

20 Jesus svarte: "Jeg har talt åpent til verden. Jeg har alltid undervist i synagogene og i tempelet, hvor alle jødene samles. Jeg har ikke sagt noe i hemmelighet.

21 Hvorfor spør du meg? Spør dem som har hørt meg. De vet sikkert hva jeg har sagt."
