2 Til Guds menighet som er i Korint, til dem som er helliget i Kristus Jesus, kalt som hellige, med alle som på hvert sted påkaller vår Herre Jesu Kristi navn, deres Herre og vår:

3 Må dere motta nåde og fred fra Gud vår Far og Herren Jesus Kristus.

Jeg takker stadig min Gud for dere på grunn av Guds nåde gitt dere i Kristus Jesus,

5 At i alle henseender ble dere beriket i Ham, i all tale og all kunnskap,

6 Akkurat som vitnesbyrdet om Kristus ble bekreftet blant dere,
