8 For en kalk er i Herrens hånd, og vinen skummer;
Den er godt blandet, og han skjenker av den;
Sannelig må alle de ugudelige på jorden tømme og drikke dens bunnfall.

9 Likevel vil jeg forkynne det for alltid;
Jeg vil synge lovsanger til Jakobs Gud.

Og han vil kutte av alle de ugudeliges horn,
Men de rettferdiges horn vil bli opphøyet.
