Guds makt og styringVisdom

8 La hele jorden frykte Herren;
La alle verdens innbyggere stå i ærefrykt for Ham.

9 For Han talte, og det skjedde;
Han befalte, og det sto fast.

Herren forstyrrer folkenes råd;
Han hindrer folks planer.

11 Herrens råd står fast for evig,
Hans hjertes tanker gjennom alle generasjoner.

12 Salig er det folk hvis Gud er Herren,
Det folk Han har utvalgt til sin eiendom.
