3. Mosebok 10,14

Israel

12 Moses talte til Aron og hans gjenværende sønner, Eleasar og Itamar, og sa: "Ta grødeofferet som er igjen fra Herrens ofre ved ild og spis det som usyret brød ved alteret, for det er høyhellig.

13 Dere skal spise det på et hellig sted, for det er deres del og deres sønners del fra ofrene gjort ved ild til Herren, slik jeg har blitt befalt.

Brystet av svingeofferet og låret av offeret kan dere spise på et rent sted, du, dine sønner og dine døtre med deg; for de er gitt som din tildelte del og dine barns del fra Israels barns fredsoffer.

15 De skal bringe låret som er løftet opp og brystet som er svunget, sammen med ofrene ved ild av fettstykkene, for å presentere som et svingeoffer foran Herren; det skal være en evig rett for deg og dine sønner med deg, slik Herren har befalt."

16 Moses søkte nøye etter syndofferets geit og fant at den var blitt brent. Han ble sint på Eleasar og Itamar, Arons gjenværende sønner, og sa,
