10 Nå er jeg bestemt på å inngå en pakt med Herren, Israels Gud, så Hans voldsomme vrede kan vende seg bort fra oss.

11 Mine sønner, vær ikke likegyldige nå, for Herren har valgt dere til å stå foran Ham, til å tjene Ham, og til å være Hans tjenere og ofre røkelse.»

fra sønnene til Kahatitene;
og fra sønnene til Merari, Kisj, sønn av Abdi, og Asarja, sønn av Jehallelel;
