Shiloh

58 For de vakte Hans harme med sine offerhauger
Og vakte Hans sjalusi med sine utskårne bilder.

59 Da Gud hørte dem, ble Han fylt med vrede
Og Han forkastet Israel fullstendig;

Så Han forlot boligen i Silo,
Teltet Han hadde reist blant mennesker,

61 Og ga sin styrke i fangenskap,
Og sin herlighet i fiendens hånd.

62 Han overga også sitt folk til sverdet,
Og ble fylt med vrede mot sin arv.
