Prayer

1 Herre, kongen skal glede seg i Din styrke,
Og hvor stort han skal glede seg i Din frelse!

Du har gitt ham hans hjertes ønske,
Og Du har ikke nektet hans leppers bønn.

3 For Du møter ham med velsignelser av gode ting;
Du setter en krone av rent gull på hans hode.

4 Han ba Deg om liv, og Du ga ham det,
Lengde av dager for all tid.
