18 Han sender sitt ord og smelter dem;
Han lar sin vind blåse, og vannene flyter.

19 Han åpenbarer sine ord for Jakob,
Sine forskrifter og dommer for Israel.

Han har ikke handlet slik med noe annet folk;
Og hva angår Hans dommer, har de ikke forstått dem.
