Salvation

8 Men han frelste dem for sitt navns skyld,
for å kunngjøre sin makt.

9 Han truet Rødehavet, og det ble tørt,
og han førte dem gjennom dypene som gjennom en ørken.

Så frelste han dem fra deres fienders hånd,
og forløste dem fra fiendens hånd.

11 Vannet dekket deres motstandere;
ikke én av dem ble tilbake.

12 Da trodde de på hans ord;
de sang hans pris.
