Markus 9,14

12 Jesus svarte: «Sannelig, Elia kommer først og gjenoppretter alt. Men hvordan kan det da stå skrevet at Menneskesønnen skal lide mye og bli forkastet?

13 Men jeg sier dere, Elia har allerede kommet, og de gjorde med ham som de ville, slik det står skrevet om ham.»

Da de kom tilbake til de andre disiplene, så de en stor folkemengde omkring dem, og noen skriftlærde som diskuterte med dem.

15 Så snart folkemengden så Jesus, ble de fylt med undring og løp for å hilse på ham.

16 Han spurte dem: «Hva er det dere diskuterer med dem?»
