Barabbas

9 Pilatus spurte dem: «Vil dere at jeg skal løslate jødenes konge til dere?»

10 Han visste at det var av misunnelse overprestene hadde overgitt Jesus.

Men overprestene påvirket folkemengden til å be Pilatus om å løslate Barabbas i stedet.

12 Pilatus spurte dem igjen: «Hva skal jeg da gjøre med ham som dere kaller jødenes konge?»

13 De ropte: «Korsfest Ham!»
