7 Ain, Rimmon, Eter og Asjan; fire byer med deres landsbyer—
og alle landsbyene rundt disse byene så langt som Baalat-Beer (Rama i Negev). Dette var arven til Simeons stamme etter deres familier.
9 Arven til Simeon ble tatt fra delen til Juda, fordi Judas del var for stor for dem. Dermed mottok simeonittene sin arv innenfor Judas område.
