24 Hvor er veien dit hvor lyset fordeles,
eller østvinden spres over jorden?

25 Hvem har laget en kanal for regnskyllene,
og en vei for tordenskyen,

for å vanne et land som er ubebodd,
en øde villmark,

27 for å tilfredsstille det øde land
og få gresset til å spire?

28 Har regnet en far?
