19 Slik vil jeg bringe dommer over Egypt,
og de skal vite at jeg er Herren.’”

20 I det ellevte året, i den første måneden på den syvende dagen, kom Herrens budskap til meg:

"Menneskesønn, jeg har brutt armen til farao, kongen av Egypt. Den har ikke blitt bundet opp for helbredelse eller pakket med bandasje, så den kan bli sterk nok til å svinge sverdet.

22 Derfor sier den suverene Herren: ‘Se, jeg er imot farao, kongen av Egypt, og jeg vil bryte begge hans armer, den sterke så vel som den brukne, og få sverdet til å falle fra hans hånd.

23 Jeg vil få egypterne til å bli spredt blant nasjonene og jeg vil spre dem over landene.
