9 En natt talte Herren til Paulus i et syn: «Frykt ikke, men fortsett å tale og vær ikke stille;

10 for jeg er med deg, og ingen skal angripe deg eller skade deg, for jeg har mange mennesker i denne byen.»

Så ble Paulus i Korint i ett år og seks måneder, og underviste dem i Guds ord.

12 Mens Gallio var landshøvding i Akaia, gjorde jødene et samlet angrep på Paulus og førte ham for domstolen,

13 og sa: «Denne mannen overtaler folk til å dyrke Gud på måter som er i strid med loven.»
