6 De syv englene med de syv plagene kom ut av tempelet, kledd i rent, skinnende lin, med gullbelter om brystet.

7 En av de fire livsvesener ga de syv englene syv gullskåler fylt med Guds vrede, han som lever i all evighet.

Tempelet ble fylt med røyk fra Guds herlighet og fra hans kraft, og ingen kunne gå inn i tempelet før de syv plagene fra de syv englene var fullført.
