28 Samle alle stammeeldste og deres embetsmenn foran meg, så jeg kan tale disse ordene i deres hørsel og kalle himmelen og jorden til vitne mot dem.

29 For jeg vet at etter min død vil dere handle korrumpert og vende dere bort fra den veien jeg har befalt dere. I de kommende dager vil ulykker ramme dere fordi dere vil gjøre ondt i Herrens øyne, og vekke Hans vrede med det deres hender har gjort.»
