5. Mosebok 28,2

Obedience

1 Hvis du nøye adlyder Herren din Gud og er forsiktig med å følge alle Hans bud som jeg gir deg i dag, vil Herren din Gud sette deg høyt over alle nasjonene på jorden.

Alle disse velsignelsene vil komme over deg og følge deg hvis du adlyder Herren din Gud:

3 Du vil bli velsignet i byen og velsignet på landet.

4 Velsignet vil være frukten av ditt morsliv, avlingen på din mark, og avkommet av ditt buskap—ungene av dine flokker og lammene av dine hjorder.
