3. Mosebok 8,25

23 Moses slaktet væren og tok noe av blodet, og satte det på lappen av Arons høyre øre, tommelen på hans høyre hånd, og stortåen på hans høyre fot.

24 Han førte også fram Arons sønner og satte noe av blodet på lappene av deres høyre ører, tomlene på deres høyre hender, og stortærne på deres høyre føtter. Moses stenket så resten av blodet rundt alteret.

Han tok fettet, fetthalen, alt fettet rundt innvollene, den lange lappen på leveren, de to nyrene med deres fett, og det høyre låret.

26 Fra kurven med usyret brød for Herren, tok han en tykk brødleiv, en brødleiv med olivenolje, og en tynn brødleiv, og la dem på fettstykkene og det høyre låret.

27 Han la alt dette i hendene på Aron og hans sønner, og svingte dem for Herren som et svingeoffer.
