1 Herren talte til Moses og sa,

2 "Tal til israelittene og la dem bringe meg en gave. Ta imot gaven fra alle som føler seg beveget til å gi.

Dette er gavene dere skal ta imot fra dem: gull, sølv og bronse;

4 garn i blått, purpur og skarlagenrødt; fint lin og geitehår;

5 værskinn farget røde, fint lær og akasietre;
