Saul

50 Ahinoam, datter av Ahimaas, var Sauls kone. Kommandanten for hæren hans var Abner, sønn av Ner, som var Sauls onkel.

51 Saul var sønn av Kisj, og Ner, Abners far, var sønn av Abiel.

Det var harde kamper mot filisterne alle Sauls dager. Og når Saul så noen mektig mann eller tapper mann, tok han ham i sin tjeneste.
