og Mattanja, etterkommer av Mika, Sikri og Asaf;

16 og Obadja, etterkommer av Sjemaja, Galal og Jedutun;
og Berekja, etterkommer av Asa og Elkana, som bodde i Netofatittenes bosetninger.

Nå var portvaktene:
Sjallum, Akkub, Talmon, Ahiman og deres slektninger.
Sjallum var overhodet.

18 Inntil nå hadde han vært ved kongens port mot øst. Disse var portvaktene for leiren til Levis sønner.

19 Sjallum, etterkommer av Kore, Ebjasaf og Korah,
og hans slektninger av hans fars husstand, korahittene,
