Salma

52 Sjobal, far til Kirjat-Jearim, hadde sønner:
Haroe og halvparten av Manahatittene,

53 og familiene til Kirjat-Jearim:
Jitrittene, Putittene, Sjumatittene og Misjraittene.
Fra disse oppsto Sora'ittene og Esjtaolittene.

Salmas sønner var:
Betlehem og Netofatittene,
Atrot-Bet-Joab, og halvparten av Manahatittene, Sora'ittene.

55 Familiene av skrivere som bodde i Jabez var:
Tiratittene, Sjimatittene og Sukatittene.
Disse var kenittene som kom fra Hammat,
far til Rechabs hus.
