8 Hams sønner inkluderte:
Kusj, Misrajim, Put og Kanaan.

9 Kusjs sønner var:
Seba, Havila, Sabta, Raema og Sabteka.
Og Raemas sønner var:
Saba og Dedan.

Kusj var far til Nimrod;
han ble en mektig mann på jorden.

11 Misrajim var far til linjen av
Lud, Anam, Lehab, Naftuh,

12 Patrus, Kasluh (hvorfra filisterne kom), og Kaftor.
