6 Da skal Herrens Ånd komme mektig over deg, og du skal profetere sammen med dem og bli forvandlet til et annet menneske.
7 Og når disse tegnene kommer til deg, gjør det din hånd finner å gjøre, for Gud er med deg.
Du skal gå ned foran meg til Gilgal. Og se, jeg vil komme ned til deg for å ofre brennoffer og for å ofre fredsoffer. Du skal vente syv dager til jeg kommer til deg og viser deg hva du skal gjøre."
9 Så skjedde det at da Saul vendte seg for å forlate Samuel, ga Gud ham et annet hjerte, og alle disse tegnene kom til å skje den dagen.
10 Da de kom til Gibea, se, en flokk profeter møtte ham; og Guds Ånd kom over ham, og han profeterte blant dem.
