16 Han gir snø som ull;
Han sprer rim som aske.

17 Han kaster sin is som stykker;
Hvem kan tåle Hans kulde?

Han sender sitt ord og smelter dem;
Han lar sin vind blåse, og vannene flyter.

19 Han åpenbarer sine ord for Jakob,
Sine forskrifter og dommer for Israel.

20 Han har ikke handlet slik med noe annet folk;
Og hva angår Hans dommer, har de ikke forstått dem.
