61 Dette var de som kom opp fra Tel-Melah, Tel-Harsa, Kerub, Addon og Immer, men de kunne ikke bevise sine familier eller sin avstamning, om de var av Israel:

62 familiene av Delaja, Tobia og Nekoda, 642.

Og blant prestene: etterkommerne av Hobaia, Hakkos og Barsillai, som hadde giftet seg med en datter av Barsillai fra Gilead og tok det navnet.

64 Disse lette etter sine slektsregistre, men de kunne ikke finne dem og ble derfor utelukket fra presteskapet som urene.

65 Statholderen beordret dem til ikke å spise noe av det helligste før en prest sto fram med Urim og Tummim.
