Markus 5,12

10 Og han ba Jesus gjentatte ganger om ikke å sende dem ut av området.

11 En stor flokk med griser beitet på den nærliggende høyden.

Demonene ba Jesus: «Send oss inn i grisene så vi kan gå inn i dem.»

13 Han ga dem tillatelse, og de urene åndene kom ut og gikk inn i grisene. Flokken, omkring to tusen i antall, styrtet ned den bratte skråningen i sjøen og druknet.

14 De som gjette grisene, løp av sted og fortalte dette i byen og på landet, og folket kom for å se hva som hadde skjedd.
