Lukas 11,47

45 En av de lovkyndige svarte Ham: "Mester, ved å si disse tingene, fornærmer Du også oss."

46 Han svarte: "Ve dere lovkyndige, for dere legger byrder på folk som er vanskelige å bære, og dere selv rører ikke byrdene med en av deres fingre.

Ve dere, for dere bygger gravsteder for profetene, og det var deres forfedre som drepte dem.

48 Så dere vitner om at dere godkjenner deres forfedres gjerninger; de drepte profetene, og dere bygger deres gravsteder.

49 Av denne grunn sa Guds visdom: 'Jeg vil sende dem profeter og apostler, noen av dem vil de drepe og andre vil de forfølge,'
