Johannes 13,30

28 Ingen av dem ved måltidet forsto hvorfor han sa dette til ham.

29 Noen trodde at, siden Judas hadde pengevesken, sa Jesus til ham å kjøpe det som trengtes til høytiden, eller å gi noe til de fattige.

Etter å ha mottatt brødstykket, gikk Judas straks ut. Og det var natt.

31 Etter at han hadde gått ut, sa Jesus: "Nå er Menneskesønnen herliggjort, og Gud er herliggjort i ham.

32 Hvis Gud er æret i ham, vil Gud også ære ham i seg selv, og vil gjøre det straks.
