26 Jesus svarte: "Det er den jeg gir dette brødstykket etter at jeg har dyppet det." Deretter, etter å ha dyppet brødstykket, ga han det til Judas, Simons sønn Iskariot.
27 Etter at Judas hadde tatt brødet, kom Satan inn i ham. Jesus sa til ham: "Det du gjør, gjør det raskt."
Ingen av dem ved måltidet forsto hvorfor han sa dette til ham.
29 Noen trodde at, siden Judas hadde pengevesken, sa Jesus til ham å kjøpe det som trengtes til høytiden, eller å gi noe til de fattige.
30 Etter å ha mottatt brødstykket, gikk Judas straks ut. Og det var natt.
