12 Jeg ga dere min fulle oppmerksomhet.
Likevel har ingen av dere bevist at Job tar feil;
ingen har svart på hans argumenter.
13 Derfor, ikke hev at ‘Vi har oppdaget visdom;
la Gud, ikke mennesket, beseire ham.’
Men Job har ikke rettet sine ord mot meg,
og jeg vil ikke svare ham med deres argumenter.
15 De er forvirret og har sluttet å svare;
ordene har forlatt dem.
16 Skal jeg vente, nå som de er tause,
nå som de står uten svar?
