8 Kyros, kongen av Persia, fikk dem hentet ut av Mithredat, skattmesteren, som telte dem opp til Sjesjbassar, fyrsten av Juda.
9 Dette var inventaret:
tretti gullfat,
tusen sølvfat,
og tjueni sølvpanner;
tretti gullboller,
fire hundre og ti matchende sølvboller,
og tusen andre gjenstander.
11 Totalt var det 5 400 gjenstander av gull og sølv. Sjesjbassar tok med seg alle disse sammen med de bortførte da de kom opp fra Babylon til Jerusalem.
