Esekiel 27,29

27 Din rikdom, dine varer og dine handelsvarer,
dine sjøfolk, sjømenn og skipsbyggere,
dine kjøpmenn og alle dine krigere,
og alle som er i deg,
vil falle i hjertet av havene
på dagen for ditt skipsforlis.

28 Ved lyden av ropet fra dine sjømenn,
vil kystlandene skjelve.

Alle som styrer årene
vil forlate sine skip;
sjøfolkene og alle sjømennene
vil stå på land.

30 De vil heve sine stemmer
og rope bittert over deg;
de vil kaste støv på sine hoder
og rulle seg i aske.

31 De vil barbere sine hoder på grunn av deg
og ta på seg sekkestrie.
De vil gråte for deg i sjelens bitterhet
med bitter sorg.

This was said to Israel at a particular time, so it is wise to read it together with the surrounding text. Do read the surrounding verses too, because the context often says more than a single verse.
