2. Krønikebok 24,8

6 Så kongen kalte til seg Jojada, ypperstepresten, og sa til ham: “Hvorfor har du ikke krevd at levittene skal bringe inn fra Juda og fra Jerusalem den innsamlingen som Moses, Herrens tjener, foreskrev for vitnesbyrdets telt?”

7 For sønnene til den onde Atalja hadde brutt seg inn i Guds tempel, og til og med brukt de hellige gjenstandene i Herrens hus for Ba’alene.

Så kongen befalte, og de konstruerte en kiste og plasserte den utenfor ved porten til Herrens tempel.

9 Og de utstedte en kunngjøring i Juda og Jerusalem om å bringe til Herren den innsamlingen som Moses, Guds tjener, hadde pålagt Israel i ørkenen.

10 Alle offiserene og hele folket gledet seg og brakte sine bidrag og la dem i kisten til de var ferdige.
