2. Krønikebok 23,1

I det sjuende året styrket Jojada seg, og han tok høvedsmenn over hundre: Asarja, sønn av Jeroham, Ismael, sønn av Johanan, Asarja, sønn av Obed, Ma’aseja, sønn av Adaja, og Elisjafat, sønn av Zikri, og de inngikk en pakt med ham.

2 De reiste gjennom Juda og samlet levittene fra alle byene i Juda, sammen med lederne for Israels familier, og de samlet seg i Jerusalem.

3 Så inngikk hele forsamlingen en pakt med kongen i Guds hus. Og Jojada sa til dem, "Se, kongens sønn skal regjere, som Herren har talt om Davids sønner.
