26 De sju gode kyrne er sju år, og de sju gode aksene er sju år; det er én og samme drøm.
27 De sju magre og stygge kyrne som kom opp etter dem er sju år, og det samme er de sju verdiløse aksene svidd av østvinden: de er sju år med hungersnød.
Det er akkurat som jeg sa til farao: Gud har vist farao hva Han har til hensikt å gjøre.
29 Sju år med stor overflod skal komme over hele Egypt,
30 men sju år med hungersnød vil følge dem. Da vil all overfloden i Egypt bli glemt, og hungersnøden vil ødelegge landet.
